I was an avid reader on the MBs and not a user. You will not recognize me but I will recognize you...
The Spider Tribe gathers in the central cavern, stronghold of whoever leads the tribe. Scorpius and the other scorpions Spelyne found in the Outland jungle are allowed to attend the ceremony as well (Shamrock)...very soon after bringing those scorpions here, Queen Spelyne, the members of her Royal House, and her most trusted generals had personally travelled into the Arctic North, to find the "Mammoth Witch" Spelyne had been having dreams of. It has been some time since all radio contact with the Queen and her party was abruptly lost; attempts to locate the missing Queen have failed, as none of the rescue parties have returned. Now, the spiders have deemed that the time has come to officially name the new King and Queen, an easy task due to the Queen's relation to Spelyne.
All the Great Houses of the Spider Tribe are gathered here in the cavern's main hall, but House Rax takes center stage. The members of House Rax stand in the middle of the hall, the most prominent among them being the Lord and Lady, Skaulus and Severix, as well as their twin children, Seris and Stannis (the former carrying her infant son, whose father is unknown). As music begins to be played by exotic Outland instruments, Skaulus and Severix walk forward across a long green carpet to the front of the hall, where two thrones sit on a high round platform.
Spider elder: "Lord Skaulus and Lady Severix, do you two swear, temporarily or permanently, to uphold and enforce the power of the Spider Tribe, in Queen Spelyne's legacy?" Both of them swear. Severix is a cousin of Spelyne, so, despite having the twins with Skaulus back in the Gorge and forming House Rax upon being evolved, is still related to the former Queen's House. Spider elder: "Do you, Skaulus and Severix Rax, swear to ignore, or, if necessary, punish any beings who stand against the Spider Tribe?" After they agree, the spiders roll out a large metal basin on wheels; it is customary in Spider Tribe culture to destroy the clothing and armor of the previous monarchs, but since Spelyne disappeared with her clothes on her back, the basin contains the old clothing of Spelyne, from before she usurped the previous Queen.
Spiders in ornate robes walk forward, carrying small, handheld Tribe Stones that are crackling like fireworks. They are placed in the hands of Skaulus and Severix, who both throw the stones into the basin simultaneously. A small but brilliantly bright explosion erupts in the basin, unaffecting the container but reducing the clothing inside to ash. As the metal basin is rolled off the platform, Skaulus and Severix Rax (both of which have two legs each) kneel before the Spider elder, who places two newly made crowns on their heads, identical save for the colors; gold with silver in the gem slots for Skaulus, and ruby with dark lava rock in the gem slots for Severix. The new King Skaulus and Queen Severix stand, and the crowds of spiders on both sides of the hall cheer. Skaulus and Severix Rax look quite pleased, but Skaulus notes that their children, standing with the rest of House Rax, seem less enthusiastic; Stannis simply nods with a blank facial expression, and the smile of his twin sister Seris seems somehow artificial.
After the coronation ceremony has ended, Skaulus and Severix sit on their thrones, and the new King's first order is for the Spider Tribe to finally begin expanding to the surface. Above the Spider Caverns, spiders begin building towns and small castles. The 1/3 of the Outlands that forms the Spiders' overworld territory is completely desolate and empty of all plant life, since the Wolves burned down their portion of the jungle a while ago, but the Spiders don't seem to care much anyway. There are now many large cities and strongholds covering most of the empty land above the Spiders' Caverns. With an armed escprt, the King and Queen go above land, heading to Scorm city for the meeting with Scorpion King Scorpio.

Spider (aims his flamethrower handgun menacingly): "State your reason for coming here at once!" Another spider: "Wait, I think these are Forgotten. King Skaulus ordered us to destroy or capture them on site!" Spider soldiers surround the Forgotten, weapons literally fired up. Spider: "Surrender, and no one needs to get hurt."

OOC: Uh...what? They're surrounded on all sides by spiders with flamethrowers pointed at them, and if they broke out of that circle they would be chased by more spiders. Like I said, there are spiders crawling all over the cities.
IC: The spiders surrounding the Forgotten continue to move in, weapons pointed in case the Forgotten attempt to fight or flee.
