The Flygon Tribe. Back-story: From a dimensional rift in space, mostly likely from Palkia, A population of about 1000 or so Flygon disappeared from Hoenn. There, they were transported to Chima as a result of the destination of being one of the 16 realms. There, the Flygons lived undisturbed until the great distasters that gave rise to Mt. Cavora happened. From there, the Flygons took intrest in their primal animalistic state. From there on, once the Ground-Dragons took a few swigs, their now newly evolved forms took place, giving much stronger arms, human-like legs and much more powerful wings. There on, they established their chi river vally civilization, gaining the ability to use agriculture and chi for fast-developed technology. But after a while, the river dried up of Chi they harvested and wanted more, the hatred and greif of losing such a precious resource turned the surrounding area into a great desert, raging with never-ending sandstorms. This area became The Sand-dancer Desert, also known as to the Flygons, snakes, and pygmy owls as "Alsahra' Almuqadasa". (The Holy Desert.) The Flygon tribe are inspired by Middle Easterners, and their values are based off to similar islamic values. They will take no mercy to wage holy wars on any crusading enemy whom opposes their religion, values, or any action they make, as they are very militaristic for protecting their holy-land; the land which once bore the fruit of creation from Arceus himself, which evolved them over their limitations quickly and effectively. Now they speak the regular chimian language, and even their own one named "Alkhitab". AKA, "Grounded Speech", which is basically a broken middle-eastern-inspired language that i made. Their clothing is styled after Middle-Eastern trends and and customs as well. Anyways, onto the Flygon Kingdom itself. The "Majlis Alhajar Alramlii Almalakii", AKA "Royal Sandstone Council". The Council is as follows. 1ic: "Easifat Alsahra' Alrab" (Desert Storm Lord): Flygarra Draconia (AKA, "Easifat Alsahra' Alrab Fly Shan'Ran." He should always be called by this title by all flygons.  plus the snakes and pygmy owls too, since they all in a preset alliance.  ) 2ic: "Sahib Hisabat Alrab" (His Lord's Accountants)(around 4 roles open) 3Ic: "Qayid Alharb Alumquadasa" (Holy War Commander) (there needs to be two characters whom are siblings to fill this role, Brother and Sister in combat always fight and protect each other!) 4ic: "Rijal Aldiyn Almuqadas." (The Holy Clergy)(about 5 roles open) There there are the soldiers, which are many of one of the lord's men, and will protect and fight for him, wherever he may be. Oh and also, this is what Flygarra Draconia looks like. Sorry if i forgotten the tail, i'll update it later over the labor day weekend.   OOC: He doesn't really look like a royal flygon thing like he sounded like he would be with your descriptions... in fact he kinda looks like the flygon version of a hippie or something

OOC: With the story it wouldn't really work for me to have welcomed him into the guild as present since the koopas have been living there for quite a while already. that's why i didn't welcome him to the tribe right away... the koopas did welcome him into the tribe when he joined though. OOC: Well Joseph went to Chima at the same time as the other koopas, but he got separated from them while going through the portal. He then reunited with them and joined their guild within a day or 2 of being in Chima. OOC: Ok well the it took a while for the koopas to build all the treehouses and walkways. It kinda looks like the Endor but more traditional treehouse like. That would've taken at least a few months.

Walrus Empire: Walrus
Prologue/Origin Story:
The Walrus Empire are an old and ancient tribe in Chima, they existed back when Mount Cavora was on. However when the war in Chima began, the Walrus decided to shun society, and escape, they left to a group of cold icey islands (Sorta like Iceland) . Planning to never return to Chima, they found Chi springs on their islands, to provide themselves with what ever small amounts of chi they could get. The Walrus Empire controls many islands in the North Sea, and they are accustomed to Ice. They have spent almost all their efforts building up a massive fleet to combat the great world powers, the walrus rallied around their leaders who lead them far north, now their great leader Walnut III is Emperor of The Great North Sea Empire of the Walrus. The Walrus long to be Emperor's of the navy, controlling all routes, and scaring all those who disagree.
HQ layout:
Several islands, in the North Sea, that resemble, the Falklands, Iceland, Faroe, those islands around Scotland and Baffin island. They contain ports where most of the walrus population lives, many people live in big connected building complexes which mostly consists of houses and small shops and underground, where its warmer. The Emperor lives on a massive Iceberg which has been carved into a glorious Palace. The Walrus Empire is unreachable during 8 weeks of Winter (January-February) where the winter is too harsh, to navigate except for the utmost experienced naval personnel.

Appearence: Large iron shoulder pads, with a massive battle axe, he has many scars and several grey spots his tusks are massive but one tusk is slightly shorter than the other.
Personality: Walnut III is a slightly grump, walrus, he is considered strong, but he believes many of his military advisors and government administrators are very weak and that the Empire will crumble.
Backstory: Walnut III was born into wealth and luxury, he was 2nd in line for the Throne, and so didn't really care much about the royal affairs and dutys. He spent most of his time in the air force, he hated the idea that he would be treated differently for being royalty so he used a pseudonym for his work in the air force, it was only when he became Grand Flying Ace, (At age 30) that he revealed he was Royalty. At the age of 42 his father died (Warus IV) and his brother accended to the throne (Wicket I) but his brother had man health complications and had succumb to a heart attack after just 3 years with no heir. So Walnut III became Emperor.

Turtle Kingdom: Turtle HQ
We are the turtle tribe, the guardians of land and sea.
Prologue/Origin Story:
2,000 years ago, we migrated to Chima from across the ocean after our continent crumbled underwater due to an earthquake. We later discovered that this earthquake was the same one that unleashed magical energies from beneath the earth up into the sky. A lot of turtles stayed on the shores of Chima and became sea turtles, while many others migrated onto the land itself and evolved into tortoises, as well as other inland-dwelling turtles. After we had been here for 1,000 years, the aforementioned energies fell from the sky, returning to the land. However, instead of going back into the ground, the magic energies fused with the ocean water, creating chi. After the sea turtles drank the chi and were evolved, our front legs/fins turned into hands; we used our hands to dig canals in the earth from the sea, and the chi water flowed into the mainland. The land animals drank chi from the rivers we created, and they too were evolved. All the evolved turtles and tortoises from across Chima united with the sea turtles at the shores of the sea as one single tribe. We constructed a towering castle and city to live in and keep watch over our fellow animals, both on land and in sea. There we lived for 1,000 years, and we continue to live here today.....

Of course, you don't have to be a soldier. Many turtles are scholars, like librarians and scientists. There is an infinite amount of these positions. [i]
There are about 318 species of turtles and tortoises, and all of them are welcome here! To make a turtle character, simply provide its name, gender, species of turtle/tortoise, and the usual stuff. Example:

Species: Hawksbill Sea Turtle
Gender: Male
Rank: Turtle King/1ic.
Appearence: Like other hawksbill sea turtles, Tyron has a beak-like mouth and a beautiful shell. As the turtle king, his shell is decorated with gold jewelry, and he wears golden shoulderpads, a golden chi harness, and golden robes decorated with green symbols. The lower part of his robe can be removed when Tyron is in battle, revealing green pants covering his lower body. His shoulderpads can fit inside his shell when his minifigure-shaped body goes inside.
Weapons/gear: 2 golden swords, a green staff with an emerald embedded in the top, and a green shield with a brown, shell-like pattern on it.
Personality: Tyron is wise and kind. He is over 2,000 years old, but that is considered young in Chimian years. He is very helpful, and assists anyone he can.
Backstory: Tyron migrated to Chima with the other turtles 2,000 years ago. 1,000 years ago, after being evolved, Tyron was the one who United all the turtles and tortoises into one tribe, and was crowned king.
Located right at the edge of one of Chima's beaches, where the sand meets the sea, the Turtle Temple is a very tall combination of a tower, castle, and city. The general shape of it is the same as the Phoenix temple from canon Chima, but the turtle temple has a green and yellow color scheme, a golden shell-shaped palace and throne room at the top, and 2 large waterfalls of chi pouring down from openings near the top of the temple to basins at the bottom (the basins are shaped like upside-down shells), on either side of the main entrance. Speaking of the main entrance, it is a large golden gate decorated with ornate green symbols. Right inside the gate, there is a staircase leading up into the city. The palace at the top of the temple has many different rooms, and it is where all the high ranking members of the tribe live (unless one of the high-rankers requests a home in the city directly below). King Tyron's bedroom is directly behind his throne room. In his bedroom, he has a personal indoor pond for bathing and swimming. Behind his bedroom, there is a balcony, which has a great view of the ocean. The throne is similar to the Lions' throne room in the show, except without the chi pool. Tyron has a golden throne with green symbols. There are 2 staircases leading up into the throne room from either side; each of these staircases come from the top of a gatehouse directly beneath the palace. In the throne room, there is a large window (a hexagonal opening in the front of the shell-shaped palace) that looks out over Chima, with a fantastic view of Mount Cavora and lots of other landmarks. The city itself (which is comprised of many buildings, even though the entire city and castle is one large building) is in many different levels from the bottom of the tower to the top. Most of the streets are short and end at staircases for pedestrians to walk up into the next level of the city. The "buildings" in the city are attached to the streets and tower. There are many different biomes scattered around the city, since there are so many types of turtles and tortoises living there. As such, many different types of plants, trees, and ponds can be seen from beyond the HQ, making it appear like a tropical zoo rather than a city. There are rocket-launching turrets on top of a lot of buildings just in case invaders attack. Another character bio: Name: Typhoon Species: Green Sea Turtle Gender: Male Rank: Steward/2ic Appearance: He looks like a standard green sea turtle in minifigure-shaped form. He wears golden shoulderpads and a golden chi harness. He wears yellow pants decorated with some green patterns. Weapons/gear: A double-barreled handheld chi blaster, a yellow sword with a green hilt (btw, the turtle swords look like a cross between Knight swords and pirate swords, and they have hexagonal shell-like patterns on their hilts), and a tall green staff with a gold Crystal of some kind on top, with spiraling blue extensions going around the crystal in a swirling pattern. This is the whirlpool staff. Personality: Like Tyron, Typhoon is old (compared to us humans) and wise. However, he is not as laid back as his king, and is always weary of possible threats to the kingdom, or enemies trying to take his staff. Backstory: Typhoon migrated to Chima with the other turtles 2,000 years ago. 1,000 years ago, after he was evolved, it was Typhoon's idea to dig riverbanks from the ocean so that animals who were far away from both Cavora and the sea could still drink chi. As hundreds of years went by though, Typhoon had no job, no purpose. He felt like there was nothing he could do to contribute to the tribe. That changed when Tyron and the turtle alchemists created the Whirlpool Staff, an ancient weapon that was destined to be used by only one turtle. Tyron decided that this destined turtle would be his 2nd in command. Many turtles and tortoises tried to wield the staff, but Typhoon ended up being the only one to access its power when he gave it a try. Therefore, Tyron made Typhoon his steward, and Typhoon finally had a purpose again. He has since been 2ic of the turtle tribe for the last few hundred years.

The Koopa Guild
Story: The Koopas came to Chima through a mysterious portal that appeared. None of the koopalings or Bowser and Bowser Jr. came though, so a boomerang bro took charge. They laid claim to the local forest and established a tribe. They welcome visitors and are one of the main tribes. There are huts on the ground and walkways leading to fancy treehouses throughout the forest. In the tribe there are bros and koopas.

He came through the portal like most other Koopa, because he was talented and was good at building suff, he quickly rose through the ranks.
